Breath of Hope holds intensive workshops for children, teachers, and community members who wish to explore the practice of Ashtanga yoga and learn more about our work of Breath of Hope. During these workshops, participants experience all of the elements of yoga, including movement, breathwork and meditation, guiding them to a deeper awareness of energy flow and body alignment, and inspiring a holistic sense of mind-body integrity and wellness. The workshops are led by Breath of Hope’s founder and senior teacher, Therese Poulsen, who is pleased to share with participants more than 20 years experience teaching and practicing Ashtanga yoga.
